     The allegation of the petitioner is that, two members<\/p>\n
of the 4th respondent Panchayat are attempting to trespass<\/p>\n
into the petitioner’s land, to construct a Thodu.<\/p>\n
     In view of the nature of the allegation, I am of the view<\/p>\n
that, the proper remedy available to the petitioner is to file<\/p>\n
a suit before the civil court. Added to this also the fact that<\/p>\n
the persons against whom allegation have been made in the<\/p>\n
writ petition have not been impleaded in this writ petition.<\/p>\n
     Writ Petition fails and is dismissed.<\/p>\n
