Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :30\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                            ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                            -------------------------------\n\n                          W.P(C) No. 3534 OF 2008\n\n                          -----------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 30th day of January, 2008\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Ext.P6   is   an   application   made   by   the   petitioner   before   3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent   requesting   for   issuance   of   a   non   objection   certificate<\/p>\n<p>for   the   establishment   of   a   saw   mill.     It   is   submitted   that   though<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6   has   been  filed   as   early as   on  09.04.07,   final   orders   have<\/p>\n<p>not been passed.
