The convict prisoner is ordered to be released on<br \/>\ntemporary bail for a period of 45 days from the date of his actual<br \/>\nrelease on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five<br \/>\nthousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction<br \/>\nof the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the above temporary bail period.
