P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and admittedly,<\/p>\n<p>                      marriage of the petitioner had taken place with the deceased 15 years<\/p>\n<p>                      ago. As per prosecution case, deceased died on account of burn<\/p>\n<p>                      injuries.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                      that the deceased was caught in fire accidentally and having similar<\/p>\n<p>                      allegation co-accused Baij Nath Sao and Mala Devi who happen to be<\/p>\n<p>                      parents-in-law of the deceased have already been granted bail vide<\/p>\n<p>                      order dated 14.3.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. no.3071\/2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                      submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Karu Sao, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                      bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                      like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                      Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Kothi P.S.
