Kuriakose, J<\/p>\n<p>      It is brought to our notice that the issue raised in<\/p>\n<p>this appeal has already been decided by this Court<\/p>\n<p>against the Government in other appeals pertaining to<\/p>\n<p>acquisition for the same purpose pursuant to the same<\/p>\n<p>notification. Under the above circumstances, we do not<\/p>\n<p>find any reason for entertaining this appeal.
