Case No. 188\/2010 for<\/p>\n<p>                        offences under Sections 341\/323\/504\/307 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                        Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, is<\/p>\n<p>                        one of the named accused in this case with allegation<\/p>\n<p>                        of shooting at the informant in a petty land dispute<\/p>\n<p>                        inflicting injuries upon his right hand and right sight of<\/p>\n<p>                        cheek and head. Submission is that there is counter<\/p>\n<p>                        version and no such injury was caused upon the<\/p>\n<p>                        informant. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor who<\/p>\n<p>                        is armed with carbon copy of the case diary up to<\/p>\n<p>                        paragraph 86 dated 06.08.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                        the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                        within a period of four weeks, till conclusion of<\/p>\n<p>                        investigation, let the above-named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                        enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs.<br \/>\n            10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>           like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief<\/p>\n<p>           Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>           Didarganj P.S.
