Misc. No. 2152 of 2011.<\/p>\n<p>                        In    a    similar     case     the     petitioner            has   been<\/p>\n<p>                        admitted to bail on 15.11.2011 vide Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                        No. 38703 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          Considering            the        facts            and<\/p>\n<p>                        circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            allowed. Let petitioner Panchanand Biswas be<\/p>\n<p>            enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>            Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>            of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>            of      the       learned        Chief         Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate\/court       concerned,        Araria      in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Palasi P.S.
