Superintendent, Vadodara Central<br \/>\nJail, the petitioner was granted parole from 14.1.2010 to 30.1.2010<br \/>\nfor filing an appeal before the Supreme Court and for the same reason<br \/>\nthis application is preferred.  Besides, on earlier occasion, when<br \/>\nthe petitioner was granted furlough, he was absconding and being<br \/>\napprehended by the police after 842 days sent to the prison.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFor<br \/>\nthe reasons stated above, no case is made out to grant the petition.<br \/>\nThis petition is rejected.
