No.10558 of 2011\n                     SURESH YADAV SON OF MANOGI YADAV\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   21.04.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The petitioner being the father-in-law is<\/p>\n<p>                 apprehending his arrest in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections 304B and 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                              The accusation is of killing the victim within<\/p>\n<p>                 seven years of the marriage for non-fulfilment of the<\/p>\n<p>                 dowry demand.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted on behalf of the informant that<\/p>\n<p>                 his daughter went missing and suspecteced to have<\/p>\n<p>                 been killed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It has come during the investigation that the<\/p>\n<p>                 victim was suffering from mental problem.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the fact that the mother-in-law<\/p>\n<p>                 and sister-in-law have been granted anticipatory bail by<\/p>\n<p>                 this Court, let the above named petitioner, be released<\/p>\n<p>                 on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                 surrender before the learned Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                 period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>             like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-<\/p>\n<p>             Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in<\/p>\n<p>             connection with Masaurhi P.S.
