MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\ncounsel appearing on behalf of the Official Liquidator submits that<br \/>\nthe auction-sale of the land in question has already been made and<br \/>\nmatter has been sent to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, for<br \/>\napproval.  Ms. Megha Jani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nappellant in Letters Patent Appeal No.200 of 2009 sought for and<br \/>\nallowed a week&#8217;s time to file rejoinder.  A further affidavit has<br \/>\nbeen filed by the respondent no.1.  Post these matters on 23.11.2010.<br \/>\n In the meantime, it is open to the respondent to finalize the<br \/>\nauction-sale.  In view of the aforesaid observation, no further order<br \/>\nis required to be passed in the Civil Applications.  If any document<br \/>\nis required to be produced, the Court may suo motu ask for production<br \/>\nof such documents.
