\n29.05.2009. __2:’3.06.2009 and on 06.07.2009<\/p>\n
and therefore  prays for setting aside the impugned<\/p>\n
  restorathe case to the file and give him an<\/p>\n
 ‘ have a trial on merit of the case.\n<\/p>\n
 Perditzontra, learned Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n
it  ‘respondent submits that the case was adjourned from<\/p>\n
