SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                 ------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.34933 OF 2008\n               ----------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 26th day of November, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner challenges Ext.P2 order of the Municipality,<\/p>\n<p>whereby the petitioner&#8217;s application for issuing a building permit<\/p>\n<p>has been rejected. Against such order, the Kerala Municipality<\/p>\n<p>Act provides for an appeal.       Therefore, I am not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, without prejudice to the<\/p>\n<p>right of the petitioner to challenge the impugned order in an<\/p>\n<p>appeal as provided in the Kerala Municipality Act, this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           S.
