For petitioner :  No appearance\n^               For respondent :  No appearance \n\n:                               O R D E R \n<\/pre>\n<p>                        Aggrieved by an order passed in I.A.  No.  708 of<br \/>\n2000 in O.S.  No.  4 67 of 1995, the above revision has been filed.    In<br \/>\nthe  cause  title,  the  petitioner&#8217;s  name  has been stated as The Women<br \/>\nWelfare and Progress Societies, Uthagamangalam represented by R.    Mani.<br \/>\nIn  the  plaint, this society was represented by its President Jaya Shree<br \/>\nBalan, and the fourth defendant is one R.  Mani.  Therefore, the said  R.<br \/>\nMani has no right to file the civil revision petition on<br \/>\nA.K.  RAJAN, J., behalf of the society.  Further, vakalat has been signed<br \/>\nby  R.Mani  &#8221;  for Women Welfare and Progress Societies, Uthagamandalam&#8221;.<br \/>\nSuch a procedure is not contemplated at all.  Since  no  vakalat  can  be<br \/>\nfiled  &#8216;  for&#8217; any other person and further this vakalat has not yet been<br \/>\nattested at all.  Therefore, the manner in which the vakalat is filed  is<br \/>\nnot in  accordance  with  rules.    Therefore, for all these reasons, the<br \/>\ncivil revision petition ought not have been taken on file.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        2.   The  above civil revision petition is posted<br \/>\ntoday for dismissal.  Even today, there is no representation on behalf of<br \/>\nthe petitioner.
