SANKARAN, J.\n                 ............................................................................\n                              W.P.(C) No. 20976 OF 2008\n                 ............................................................................\n                                Dated this the 11th July, 2008\n\n\n\n                                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In the manner in which I propose to dispose of the Writ Petition, I do not think it<\/p>\n<p>is necessary to issue notice to the fifth respondent. Learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>takes notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. The petitioner was appointed as a Full-time Menial in the Sree Krishna<\/p>\n<p>Higher Secondary School, Guruvayur as per Ext. P1 order dated 01.10.2005 for the<\/p>\n<p>period from 01.10.2005 to 31.10.2006.                The Assistant Educational Officer did not<\/p>\n<p>approve the appointment. On appeal by the Manager, the Deputy Director of Education,<\/p>\n<p>Thrissur passed Ext. P2 order dated 30.11.2007 rejecting the appeal. The Director of<\/p>\n<p>Public Instruction, as per Ext. P3 order dated 08.05.2008 confirmed the order of the<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Director of Education. The Manager has filed Ext. P4 revision dated 28.05.2008<\/p>\n<p>before the fourth respondent. It is stated that Ext. P4 is pending disposal.<\/p>\n<p>       3. The only prayer made in the Writ Petition is to issue a direction to the fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent to dispose of Ext. P4 revision within a time limit.                    Learned Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader submitted that Ext. P4 revision will be disposed of expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>       Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:<\/p>\n<p>       i) The fourth respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext. P4<\/p>\n<p>revision as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months, after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, the fifth respondent-Manager<\/p>\n<p>and any other affected party.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 20976 OF 2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       ii) The petitioner shall produce a certified copy of the judgment and a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the Writ Petition before the fourth respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>       iii) Since the Writ Petition is being disposed of without issuing notice to the fifth<\/p>\n<p>respondent, the petitioner shall send a copy of the judgment to the fifth respondent by<\/p>\n<p>registered post and shall produce proof of the same before the fourth respondent<\/p>\n<p>without delay.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                             K.T.
