RAJGIR, DISTRICT NALANDA\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar .\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5   29\/06\/2011            From the supplementary affidavit also it is<\/p>\n<p>                  apparent that majority of the witnesses have already been<\/p>\n<p>                  examined. Obviously the trial must be inching towards<\/p>\n<p>                  conclusion.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          In view of the same the trial court i.e. Chief<\/p>\n<p>                  Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah is directed to conclude the<\/p>\n<p>                  trial of the petitioner within a period of six months.
