Padmanabhan The information pertained to Shri N.S.\n<\/p>\n<p>        had disclosed about his making Padmanbhan before he joined EdCIL and<br \/>\n        claims of Rs. 165678\/- and Rs. was third party information.\n<\/p>\n<pre>        9720\/-     on     23\/07\/2001      and\n        24\/07\/2001 while in service with\n        NSIC.\n First Appeal:\n<\/pre>\n<p>The PIO had not supplied any information.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>No Order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>That the Appellant has still not been supplied with the proper information.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant : Mr. M.L. Gouhari;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. U.S.Gaikwad, Public Information Officer &amp; DGM (HR);\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO was initially not clear about the information sought but has subsequently<br \/>\nprovided the information on 08\/01\/2010 to the Appellant. He has pointed out that an<br \/>\ninvestigation has been conducted under PIDR by CVC. They have provided certain inputs<br \/>\nthrough MHRD to CVC and it is not possible for them to understand whether disclosure of this is<br \/>\nlikely to impede the process of investigation. In view of this they have claimed the exemption<br \/>\nunder Section 8(1)(h) of the RTI Act. Since the matter has been investigated by CVC only CVC<br \/>\nwould be able to justify this exemption.
