Learned APP waives<br \/>\nservice.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThe applicant-convict,<br \/>\nwho is at present on temporary bail, filed this application seeking<br \/>\nextension of the temporary bail for further period of 20 days on the<br \/>\nground of repairing of his  house.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tIt is, therefore,<br \/>\nsubmitted that to complete the repairing work of his house,  the<br \/>\nearlier temporary bail order may be extended. It is submitted that<br \/>\npursuant to the earlier order of temporary bail, the applicant is<br \/>\nrequired to surrender before the jail authority on 02\/09\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tConsidering the facts<br \/>\nand circumstances of the case, the  application is allowed in part.<br \/>\nThe earlier temporary bail order is further extended for the period<br \/>\nof 15 [fifteen] more days from 02\/09\/2011, on the same terms and<br \/>\nconditions set-forth in the earlier order. After  expiry of the<br \/>\nextension period, the applicant &#8211; convict shall surrender before the<br \/>\nconcerned jail authority immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\t\tRule is made absolute<br \/>\naccordingly.
