Justice P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON\n\n Dated :11\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                    P.R.RAMACHANDRA MENON, J\n                  ---------------------------\n                       W.P(C) No.2766 of 2010-U\n                 ----------------------------\n              Dated this the 11th day of March, 2010.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent<\/p>\n<p>submits that the petitioner has not complied with the condition<\/p>\n<p>imposed by this Court while granting the interim order even at this<\/p>\n<p>belated stage, despite the fact that the position was brought to the<\/p>\n<p>notice of this Court on the last hearing ie.1.3.2010 as well, under<\/p>\n<p>which circumstance, this Court made it clear that that the interim<\/p>\n<p>order was no more in existence.
