The\n\n  found that the claimant had aiet)\n\ncen\ufb01iibuteti  extent of 25% for the accident as he did not\n\n'retake aeiequate care to stop until the lorry proceeded at the\n\n*  'j1111etion.\n\n  W6: As regards the quanmm of compensation, the Tribunal\n\nV awaxtied a sum of Rs.30,000\/- towards pain and suffering,\n\nRs.50,000\/- towaxds medical expenses, Rs.9,00(}\/-- towards\n\nloss of income during the laid up period and Rs.1S,0OO\/-\n\nH.\n\n\n\nMfa 1 1225.06\n4\n\ntowards loss of amenities. Thus, in all a sum. of R311 -\n\nis arrived at as compensation. Having zegaztf to \n\nregarding the centributoxy negligence, 25%  . \n\nis d1sa' {towed and Rs.76,000\/- is:\":sw;s_nied \n\nalong with interest at 6%  T'\n\nregarding the contributory negiigencel  *:3s_a1s\u00a2:E: regarding\nthe inadequate compevnse\u00a7.'1iQ1i_.A:tE3.e claimant has filed\nthis appeal. I  for the parties and perused\n\nthe evideraeetcn  \n\n8. itis seen'f1e\ufb01{ eifidenoe of P'W-1-the injured claimant\n\nthat on  whezttihe was riding his Kinetic Honda on\n\n  .h3:ft.A\"esid'eA.'of the \" :1 \" 3:1' Vg road, the driver of the lorry came in\n\n    the vehicle in a rash and negligent manner\n\n the traffic rules and in such a manner as to\n\n endanger the human life and dashed against the claimant's\n\n \n\nA   It is not even suggested to this witness that his\n\ni\u00e9gersion Iegazding the gross negligent attributed to the driver of\n\nthe lorry was false or incorrect. The respondent has not<\/pre>\n
chosen to examine the driver of the lorry. In the<\/p>\n
cineumstances, there is absolutely no smteriai to come to the<\/p>\n

    by the right upper limb. He has<\/p>\n
  isle shortening of right limb by about 2 cms and<\/p>\n

10. The Tribunal has not awarded any amount towards
\npermanent disabiiity and the resuitant loss of future eazmiugs<\/p>\n
on the ground that the doctor who treated the claimant was<\/p>\n
