Justice HARUN-UL-RASHID\n\n Dated :18\/12\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n            KURIAN JOSEPH &amp; HARUN-UL-RASHID, JJ.\n                -----------------------------------------\n                   L.A.A.Nos.644 &amp; 793 of 2005\n                -----------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 18th day of December, 2008\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>       These are appeals filed by the claimants aggrieved by the<\/p>\n<p>fixation of land value by the reference court, namely, Sub Court,<\/p>\n<p>Ernakulam. The acquisition is for the purpose of Railway over bridge<\/p>\n<p>at   Ponnurunni.     It  is   seen   that   in   a   connected  appeal,<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A.No.1474\/2005, this court has fixed the land value at<\/p>\n<p>Rs.1,85,000\/- per cent. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>for the claimants that the property acquired in their cases belong to A<\/p>\n<p>category as in the case of the claimant in L.A.A.No.1474\/2005.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we partly allow these appeals. The judgment and decree<\/p>\n<p>are partly modified.
