Case No.77\/05.The offence in question is<\/p>\n<p>                   under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Submission of the counsel is that for the crime charged<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner has spent enough time in custody. Except confessional<\/p>\n<p>                   statement of co-accused, there is nothing as such as evidence. No T.I.P.<\/p>\n<p>                   was held. Petitioner will also cooperate in the trial and not abscond.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking the above facts into consideration let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner, namely, Kaushal Mahto be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                   bail bond of Rs.20,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                   the satisfaction of Smt. Anupam Kumari, J.M., 1 st Class, Gaya, in G.R.<\/p>\n<p>                   No.2203\/05 \/Trial No.614 of 2010 arising out of Konch P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                   No.77 of 2005.
