The District Superintendent of Education (D.S.E.), Muzaffarpur.\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   16.3.2011                  Prima facie the Court is not convinced that there is<\/p>\n<p>                   any breach of rule in passing of the impugned order contained in<\/p>\n<p>                   Annexure-5.
