No.31459 of 2009 (B)\n              ---------------------------------\n               Dated, this the 28th day of June, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner was a Civil Surgeon, who retired from service on<\/p>\n<p>30\/06\/2008. In this writ petition, her claim is for disbursement of<\/p>\n<p>terminal benefits.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Learned Government Pleader has obtained instructions in<\/p>\n<p>the matter and submits that terminal benefits has already been<\/p>\n<p>disbursed.    Now what remains is the claim of the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>interest for belated payment.
