He has<\/p>\n<p>                            challenged the order framing charges by filing Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                            12980 of 2011 which is pending before another Hon&#8217;ble Bench.<\/p>\n<p>                                        In view of the aforesaid fact, this application has<\/p>\n<p>                            become infructuous.
