The<\/p>\n<p>                 application is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Any offer by the petitioner to deposit the<\/p>\n<p>                 quantum of money in so far as the allegations relate<\/p>\n<p>                 to him, subject to the result of the trial, is a matter<\/p>\n<p>                 to be more appropriately considered in a regular bail<\/p>\n<p>                 application, without being prejudiced by the present<\/p>\n<p>                 order.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>P.
