Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner being the mother of<\/p>\n<p>                   the husband is apprehending her arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                   case     initially        registered         under        Section<\/p>\n<p>                   498(A)\/34        of    the    Indian        Penal    Code       but<\/p>\n<p>                   subsequently          Section      304(B)    of     the    Indian<\/p>\n<p>                   Penal Code was added.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The case was instituted on fardbeyan<\/p>\n<p>                   of    victim     where       she    specifically          alleged<\/p>\n<p>                   that the husband, cousins of the husband and<\/p>\n<p>                   uncle of husband burnt her. The victim has<\/p>\n<p>                   also admitted that when she raised alarm it<\/p>\n<p>                   was the petitioner and her husband who took<\/p>\n<p>                   her     to     hospital.        The    victim        has       also<\/p>\n<p>                   admitted that marriage was performed fifteen<\/p>\n<p>                   years prior to occurrence. The victim died<\/p>\n<p>                   after     a    month    of    occurrence       when       Section<\/p>\n<p>                   304(B) of the Indian Penal Code was added.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering       the    statement          of   the<\/p>\n<p>                   victim as recorded in the fardbeyan, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner, above named, be released on bail<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        in the event of arrest or surrender before<\/p>\n<p>        the learned court below within a period of<\/p>\n<p>        twelve weeks from today in connection with<\/p>\n<p>        Chandauti    P.S.       Case    No.    287   of   2010      on<\/p>\n<p>        furnishing       bail    bond     of    Rs.10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>        Thousand)    with       two    sureties      of   the    like<\/p>\n<p>        amount    each    to     the    satisfaction       of    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned     C.J.M.       Gaya,        subject     to     the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/p>\n<p>        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre>U.
