Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is in jail custody since 2.11.2010 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under section 302\/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                               The name of the petitioner came in this case in the<\/p>\n<p>                    confessional statement of co-accused Uttam Paswan who has already<\/p>\n<p>                    been granted privilege of bail by this court vide order dated 19.4.2011<\/p>\n<p>                    passed in Cr. Misc. no. 11203\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Accordingly, petitioner, Vakil Paswan, is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Magadh Vishwavidyala P.S.
