No.316 OF 2009\n                        =====================\n\n                Dated this the 24th day of February 2009\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      A report is received from the Judicial I Class Magistrate, Amini as<\/p>\n<p>per the direction of this Court. A perusal of the report would reveal that the<\/p>\n<p>learned Magistrate invoking the powers under Section           167(5) of the<\/p>\n<p>Crl.P.C.   had stopped further investigation     and the accused in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.2\/2006 of Amini Police Station is discharged.         It is also seen that<\/p>\n<p>appropriate instruction is given to the Deputy Superintendent of Police,<\/p>\n<p>Kavaratti on 27.1.2009 to get a proper reply from the Station House Officer,<\/p>\n<p>Amini and to take necessary action against the concerned officer. In the<\/p>\n<p>light of this report, no further action is contemplated.
