Phiallur,<\/p>\n<p>Jalandhar.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated<\/p>\n<p>31.3.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">               CRM-M No.9466 of 2011                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              Learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions<\/p>\n<p>of ASI Jaswinder Singh states that the petitioner has joined investigation<\/p>\n<p>and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.<\/p>\n<p>              Learned counsel appearing for the complainant states that gold<\/p>\n<p>ring given to the petitioner father-in-law is yet to be recovered.<\/p>\n<p>              As to whether gold ring was given to the petitioner father-in-<\/p>\n<p>law or not is a matter of evidence.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>present petition is allowed. Order dated 31.3.2011 is made absolute, subject<\/p>\n<p>to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code.
