Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :11\/12\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J\n\n     -----------------------------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C).No.36487\/2008\n     -----------------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 11th    day of December, 2008\n\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner was working as HSA in NSS High School<\/p>\n<p>Pullikkanakku and on attaining the age of superannuation he<\/p>\n<p>retired from service, with effect from 31.3.2007. According<\/p>\n<p>to him, his terminal benefits have not been released. While<\/p>\n<p>he was raising complaints in this behalf, on the direction of<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd respondent, the 4th respondent, reduced his pay<\/p>\n<p>without putting him on notice or hearing him. It is also his<\/p>\n<p>case that, based on the said order, liability certificate was<\/p>\n<p>issued by the 3rd respondent and DCRG was reduced by<\/p>\n<p>Rs.35,598\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    According to the petitioner he has filed Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>before the     second respondent complaining against the<\/p>\n<p>reduction of DCRG and prayed for release of benefits. In<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WP(c).No.36487\/08              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>this writ petition what is complained of is the inaction of the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent on Ext.P2.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. In the nature of the compliant that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has, I am satisfied that his     grievance    deserves to be<\/p>\n<p>considered by the 2nd respondent. Since the petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext.P7 before the 2nd respondent in this behalf, it is<\/p>\n<p>directed that the 2nd respondent shall consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders thereon,if the same has been received and is<\/p>\n<p>pending.
