As scheduled, the matter is heard on 26.4.2010. Appellant\npresent. DDA is represented by Shri G.C. Suman, Dy Director (LM) (SEZ).\nThe latter submits a written representation which is taken on record. It is his\nsay that the requisite information has since been provided to the appellant\nand requests for the closure of the matter.\n\n2.
