Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :28\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                 ===================\n\n                 W.P.(C) NO.35190 OF 2007 L\n\n                 ===================\n\n         Dated this the 28th day of November, 2007\n\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The prayer sought for in this writ petition is against Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>judgment of the STAT. In Ext.P4, it was stated that when the<\/p>\n<p>case was called, counsel for the appellant was absent and that<\/p>\n<p>the appeal memo has not been amended and the appeal was<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Though initially, I was inclined to consider the request<\/p>\n<p>of the counsel for yet another opportunity, what I notice is that<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 order is dated 16th of April, 2007 and the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>filed only now. There is absolutely no explanation forthcoming<\/p>\n<p>for the delay involved.\n<\/p>\n<p>      For these reasons, I am not inclined to interfere with the<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
