No.21998 of 2011\n                            Dheeraj Ram son of late Bangali Ram\n                                           Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   29.09.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                  learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner&#8217;s name emerged in this case instituted<\/p>\n<p>                  against 3 named persons during investigation as killer of his<\/p>\n<p>                  wife due to revealing of her illicit relationship with another<\/p>\n<p>                  inspite of marriage for 5-6 years and having two children.<\/p>\n<p>                            Submission is that father of the deceased the<\/p>\n<p>                  informant right from the beginning has said nothing against<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner and even he has filed a protest application<\/p>\n<p>                  against conduct of the police stating therein that in fact<\/p>\n<p>                  police has colluded with the named accused persons and<\/p>\n<p>                  giving different turn to the case and there is no material<\/p>\n<p>                  supporting the assertion coming against the petitioner at the<\/p>\n<p>                  instance of Police.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering the facts and circumstances, in the<\/p>\n<p>                  event of his arrest\/ surrender before the Court below within<\/p>\n<p>                  four weeks, and in the event of informant supporting<\/p>\n<p>                  exoneration of the petitioner and also stood as one of the<\/p>\n<p>                  bailors, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>         with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>         of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with<\/p>\n<p>         Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S.
