An   interim   order   of<\/p>\n<p>police   protection   was   passed   on   5\/2\/07   and   there   was   also   a<\/p>\n<p>direction   to   dispose   of   the   appeal   untramelled   by   the<\/p>\n<p>observations   in   the   interim   order.     The   above   interim   order   is<\/p>\n<p>made absolute without prejudice to the right of the parties in the<\/p>\n<p>appeal   or   other   statutory   authorities.
