RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n                 Bail Application No. 472 of 2009\n                   ----------------------------------\n            Dated this the 26th day of March, 2009.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.494 of 2008 of<\/p>\n<p>Kilimanoor Police Station for an offence punishable under Section 308<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and then to have his application for bail considered by<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the investigating officer on any day         between<\/p>\n<p>02.04.2009 and 04.04.2009 for the purpose of interrogation and<\/p>\n<p>recovery of incriminating material,      if any.
