No.22797\/2002\n                ----------------------------------------------\n                         Dated 3rd July, 2009.\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                  This is a review petition at the instance of the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent in the writ petition.            The writ petition was<\/p>\n<p>disposed of by judgment dated 21.3.2007, directing the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to implement Ext.P7 direction issued by the District<\/p>\n<p>Khadi and Village Industries Officer, Kottayam.               In the said<\/p>\n<p>proceedings, there is a direction to release the fixed deposit made<\/p>\n<p>by one Smt.K.P.Rosamma, wife of the writ petitioner.                It is<\/p>\n<p>submitted that there is no such fixed deposit. However, this fact<\/p>\n<p>was not brought to the notice of this court at the time when the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition was disposed of.          In view of such grave factual<\/p>\n<p>position, it is only appropriate that the judgment is recalled and<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition is heard afresh. Therefore, the Review Petition is<\/p>\n<p>allowed and the judgment dated 21.3.2007 is recalled.
