Justice K.SURENDRA MOHAN\n\n Dated :24\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                     K.SURENDRA MOHAN, J.\n                   -------------------------------------------\n                      W.P.(C) No.8384 of 2010\n                   -------------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 24th day of March, 2010\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners are permanent workers, doing loading and<\/p>\n<p>unloading work in the establishment of the second respondent at<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram. They have filed Exts.P1 to P4 applications<\/p>\n<p>seeking registration under Rule 26A of the Headload Workers<\/p>\n<p>Rules. They complain that no orders have been passed on their<\/p>\n<p>applications, so far. The applications submitted by the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>are evidenced herein by Exts.P1 to P4. They are dated 6.3.2010.<\/p>\n<p>According to the counsel for the petitioners, the applications are to<\/p>\n<p>be considered and action taken thereon within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>weeks. However, the learned Senior Government Pleader brings<\/p>\n<p>my notice that the authority would have to attend to other<\/p>\n<p>responsibilities also as part of his official duties. The applications<\/p>\n<p>also have to be got enquired into.
