KARGAHAR, DISTRICT ROHTAS\n                                                    .......PETITIONERS\n\n                                        Versus\n\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                             .......OPPOSITE PARTY\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   25.08.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the five petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioners are named accused in this case carry general<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation of assault to the prosecution side and snatching some<\/p>\n<p>                     ornaments etc. There is counter version also by way of Kargahar P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                     Case No. 24 of 2010, where in one old lady of the family lost her life,<\/p>\n<p>                     but assailant is non-petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                     event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                     weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioners, namely, Ram<\/p>\n<p>                     Bhawan Choubey, Jawahar Choubey, Bhrigunath Choubey, Mithilesh<\/p>\n<p>                     Choubey and Bimlesh Choubey, are directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                     Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar P.S.
