Learned Standing Counsel points out that petitioner is free<\/p>\n<p>to approach Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, Kottarakkara.<\/p>\n<p>            In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of as<\/p>\n<p>follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>            If the petitioner prefers a petition before the CGRF,<\/p>\n<p>Kottarakkara within one month from today, the Forum will decide the<\/p>\n<p>matter with opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of filing of the petition. Learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid the amounts. The<\/p>\n<p>payments made will be subject to the result of the decision by the CGRF.<\/p>\n<p>                                                                   (K.M.
