Writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and take a decision on Ext.P3 stay petition<\/p>\n<p>in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till such decision is<\/p>\n<p>taken, recovery proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 will be kept in<\/p>\n<p>abeyance.
