Singh, A.P.P.\n\n3   05.10.2010<\/pre>\n<p>            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 learned A.P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under<\/p>\n<p>                 Sections 379\/411 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioner was arrested in another case bearing<\/p>\n<p>                 Goraul Police Station Case No. 286 of 2009 on account of<\/p>\n<p>                 being in possession of stolen motor cycle, which is the<\/p>\n<p>                 subject-matter of this case. The petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>                 remanded in this case on 09.12.2009 and chargesheet has<\/p>\n<p>                 already been submitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                 the first information report has been registered against<\/p>\n<p>                 unknown persons and the petitioner has not been put on test<\/p>\n<p>                 identification parade, though he is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                 09.12.2009. It is further submitted that in another case, i.e.<\/p>\n<p>                 Goraul Police Station Case No. 286 of 2009 the petitioner<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order<\/p>\n<p>     dated 11.05.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15169 of 2010, a<\/p>\n<p>     certified copy of which has been produced. Let it be kept on<\/p>\n<p>     record.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>     the case, the petitioner, AJIT KUMAR @ AJEET KUMAR,<\/p>\n<p>     is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n<p>     of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>     the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>     Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj<\/p>\n<p>     P.S. Case No. 222\/09, with a further condition that one of<\/p>\n<p>     the bailors of the petitioner must be the close relative or his<\/p>\n<p>     family member, who will file affidavit before the court<\/p>\n<p>     below giving full genealogy showing his or her relationship<\/p>\n<p>     with the petitioner.
