He submitted that<br \/>\nthe appeals be heard at the earliest.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the<br \/>\napplications for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.<br \/>\nHence, delay deserves to be condoned and therefore condoned.<br \/>\nApplications are allowed to the aforesaid extent.
