Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :27\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No. 33335 OF 2007\n               ---------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 27th day of June, 2008.\n\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners approached this Court aggrieved by the seizure<\/p>\n<p>of their country boats on the allegation that those boats have<\/p>\n<p>been used for unauthorized mining and transportation of sand.<\/p>\n<p>There is already an interim order dated 27.11.2007 to release the<\/p>\n<p>country boats. One of the main grievances of the petitioners is<\/p>\n<p>that the impugned action has been taken without notice to them.<\/p>\n<p>      2. There will be a direction to the second respondent\/<\/p>\n<p>competent authority to issue notice to the petitioners, hear their<\/p>\n<p>objections and any other affected party and pass appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders in the matter in accordance with law within a period of six<\/p>\n<p>months from today.
