(ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p>          At the instance of Pallavi Sharma, respondent No.2, FIR No.82<\/p>\n<p>dated 16.2.2007, under Sections 380 and 411 read with Section 34 IPC,<\/p>\n<p>P.S. Phase-I, Mohali was registered, on the allegations that the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>had committed theft.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Now the matter has been compromised.            Pallavi Sharma,<\/p>\n<p>Respondent No.2 and Gurbakshsis Singh and Arvinder Singh, petitioners<\/p>\n<p>are present in the Court. Respondent No.2 states that the matter has been<\/p>\n<p>compromised and she does not want to pursue the criminal case against<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Since, the matter has been compromised and keeping in view<\/p>\n<p>the ratio of law in Kulwinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab, 2007(3) Law<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Crl. Misc. No.M-34437 of 2008                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Herald (P&amp;H) 2225, FIR can be permitted to be quashed.<\/p>\n<p>            In view of the above, the petition is accepted.
