THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, BHAGALPUR,\n                   BHAGALPUR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, BHAGALPUR.\n                                                       ---Respondents\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   13.8.2010                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.<\/p>\n<p>                 Pravina Kumari (Rai), learned counsel appearing for the respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                 Corporation as well as the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner retired from the service of the Corporation on 30th of June,<\/p>\n<p>                 1998. However, uptill now she has not received her retiral dues. From<\/p>\n<p>                 the detailed list issued under the signature of the Municipal<\/p>\n<p>                 Commissioner, as contained in Annexure 1, it would appear that a<\/p>\n<p>                 sum of Rs.1,47,128\/- is payable to the petitioner towards the retiral<\/p>\n<p>                 dues.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 However, for expeditious disposal of the claims, the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner proposes to file a specific representation giving the relevant<\/p>\n<p>                 details as also enclosing the copy of the relevant documents in support<\/p>\n<p>                 of such claims before the Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>                 Municipal Corporation, Bhagalpur (respondent no.2) along with the<\/p>\n<p>                 certified copy of the present order within a period of four weeks. In<\/p>\n<p>                 case such representation is filed, the above respondent shall consider<\/p>\n<p>                 the grievances of the petitioner with regard to the payment of her<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      retiral dues with admissible interest and dispose it of in accordance<\/p>\n<p>      with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months on<\/p>\n<p>      receipt of such representation, so that the admitted retiral dues of the<\/p>\n<p>      petitioner could be paid without delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      The writ application stands disposed of with the above<\/p>\n<p>      observations\/directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>PNM                         (Shailesh Kumar Sinha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Mostt.
