Justice K.K.DENESAN\n\n Dated :23\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                              K.K.DENESAN, J\n\n                       -----------------------------------------\n\n                        W.P.(C)NO.204  of 2007\n\n                       -----------------------------------------\n\n\n\n           Dated this the 23rd    day  of  February, 2007\n\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The first petitioner is the mother and the second petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is the sister of late Musthafa who was an employee of the Health<\/p>\n<p>Services Department. He died on 12.9.2003. The petitioners have<\/p>\n<p>requested  to   give   them   employment   on   compassionate   grounds<\/p>\n<p>under   the   dying   in   harness   scheme.   It   appears   that   the<\/p>\n<p>representations have been filed on plain paper addressed to the<\/p>\n<p>Hon&#8217;ble   Chief   Minister   and   some   other   authorities.   Government<\/p>\n<p>Pleader   points   out   that   the   applications   for   compassionate<\/p>\n<p>appointment  under the  dying in  harness  scheme  shall  be in the<\/p>\n<p>prescribed proforma, as stated in the relevant government order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Counsel for the petitioner submits that an application will be filed<\/p>\n<p>in   the   prescribed   proforma.
