Saran at\n                      Chapra.\n                                                    Versus\n                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   11.10.2010                There is a clear evidence on record that these petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    have been absconding and not co-operating in the case which has<\/p>\n<p>                    frustrated the trial of a matter which was instituted in the year 2001. If<\/p>\n<p>                    all the accused appear or accused persons who are already before the<\/p>\n<p>                    court are willing to get the trial separated and the charges are framed<\/p>\n<p>                    and trial proceeds, the Court may consider the case at a subsequent<\/p>\n<p>                    stage.
