BASANT, J.\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      W.P.C.No. 26438 of 2007 V\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 Dated this the 26th day of October, 2007\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The     learned Prosecutor submits that Ext.P1 request has been<\/p>\n<p>received by the Government and orders have already been passed on that<\/p>\n<p>application rejecting the prayer for appointment of Special Prosecutor. A<\/p>\n<p>copy of the order dt.22.10.2007 is shown to Court and a copy is given to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s counsel.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. In view of the submissions of the learned Prosecutor, there is no<\/p>\n<p>merit in the grievance now that no order has been passed on Ext.P1.<\/p>\n<p>      3. This Writ Petition is, in these circumstances, dismissed. Needless<\/p>\n<p>to say, the petitioner&#8217;s right to challenge the said order shall remain<\/p>\n<p>unfettered by the dismissal of this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>                                                          (R.
