Chaudhary Phool Singh Jatav\n\nName of the Public Authority:           I.O.C.L.\n         i\nFacts<\/pre>\n<p>:\n<\/p>\n<p>1.       The appellant was heard on 28\/1\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The appellant has stated that he has sought for information relating to the<br \/>\naction taken by the respondent against the following LPG dealers, which have<br \/>\nindulged in mal-practices:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       (i)   Passi Gas Service\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       (ii)  Meerut Gas Service\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       (iii) Bijal Gas Service\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       (iv)  Badowth Gas Service<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>3.    The appellant stated that the Commission&#8217;s Decision No.4689\/IC(A)\/2009<br \/>\ndated 11th November 2009, in which the following observations were made, have<br \/>\nnot been complied with:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>         &#8220;Para-6.      The CPIO has duly replied and indicated, on the basis of the<br \/>\n         investigation of complaint, that penalty has already been imposed against<br \/>\n         the erring dealer. The remaining complaints are under investigation, as<br \/>\n         stated by the CPIO. It was agreed that the appellant would re-submit a<br \/>\n         copy of the complaint to the concerned PIO, Shri. Y.K. Gupta, DGM<br \/>\n         (Retail sales), NOIDA, who would furnish the information relating to the<br \/>\n         progress made in respect of each complaint within one month from the<br \/>\n         date of receipt of copies of complaint from the appellant. The appellant is<br \/>\n         expected to cooperate with the investigating officers in the matter.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                   i<br \/>\n                       &#8220;If you don&#8217;t ask, you don&#8217;t get.&#8221; &#8211; Mahatma Gandhi<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                               1<\/span><br \/>\n       Para-7.      A copy of the investigation report, along with the action taken<br \/>\n      against the concerned dealer(s) should be furnished and put in public<br \/>\n      domain&#8221;.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               (Decision No.4689\/IC(A)\/2009 dated 11\/11\/2009)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>4.     The appellant pleaded that a copy of the action taken report, on the basis<br \/>\nof investigation of complaints submitted by him, should be furnished to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     The CPIO is directed to furnish a copy of the investigation report and the<br \/>\naction taken thereon, if any, against the above mentioned LPG dealers, within<br \/>\none month from the date of receipt of this decision.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.
