No. 1153 of 2008\n                ==========================\n                 Dated this the 17th day of March, 2008.\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioners, two ladies, hailing from Tamil Nadu are the<\/p>\n<p>accused in crime No. 233 of 2008 of Kollam East Police Station for an<\/p>\n<p>offence punishable under Section 379 r\/w Section 34 IPC. They were<\/p>\n<p>granted bail on each of them executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/- with<\/p>\n<p>two solvent sureties both of whom were directed to furnish solvency<\/p>\n<p>certificate for the said amount. The petitioners subsequently moved<\/p>\n<p>the Sessions Court for modification of the condition regarding the<\/p>\n<p>insistence of the solvency certificate.      That was considered and<\/p>\n<p>rejected by the Learned Sessions Judge, Kollam. Hence this petition.<\/p>\n<p>       2. The learned Sessions Judge has given valid reasons as to why<\/p>\n<p>the condition regarding the solvency certificate should be insisted<\/p>\n<p>upon. I see no reason to interfere with the discretion exercised by the<\/p>\n<p>Sessions Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p>       This Crl.M.C is accordingly dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          V.
